Refund policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt.  Please check goods immediately. Proof of purchase is necessary for a refund or exchange. Items with customised decoration, for example printing or embroidery will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Licensed Merchandise and 3rd Party Brands
Claim must be within 7 days of receipt of goods. Refund or exchange will be available for change of mind or wrong size ordered, on items that are in original condition* (subject to stock availability). Refunds will incur a 3% merchant transaction fee. Items will need to be returned with freight costs paid by the customer. 

Faulty items will be repaired or replaced (subject to availability), and need to be returned, freight covered by C2C. Please provide photos of the faulty item for review before returning. Once reviewed and approved for return, the item/s will be examined again and repaired or replaced if actually faulty. 

C2C Stock Undecorated Items

C2C Stock Decorated Items

No refund will be available unless faulty. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced, and need to be returned, freight covered by C2C. Please provide photos of the faulty item for review before returning. Once reviewed and approved for return, the item/s will be examined again and repaired or replaced if actually faulty. Claim must be within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Clearance/Sale Items

Limited sizes will be available.
Some items may be shop soiled.
Sale items are not acceptable for credit or return.

Custom Made Items

No refund or exchange will be available for change of mind or wrong size ordered once production has started. If production has not started then a refund can be arranged less a 3% merchant transaction fee which cannot be refunded, or a credit can be arranged. Change of order details will incur a AU $49 fee for each time a change occurs after order is confirmed.

Underwear, headwear and footwear
No refund or exchange due to health and hygiene.

 

To make a claim for refund, exchange or store credit, please call 02 6581 1558 or email sales@c2csport.com. Please provide the details with photos of the item you purchased and the item you wish to exchange if applicable.

Store credit is available instead of a refund. Refunds will incur a 3% merchant transaction fee.

Do not under any circumstances post the item/s to C2C Sport without prior authorisation. No responsibility will be taken for goods returned using the incorrect procedure.

If the goods are faulty, C2C Sport will incur any shipping charges and send you the correct products. The products will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. This process may take up to 10 working days from when Coast 2 Coast Sports receives the product/s.

*Original condition: means that items have no personalised decoration, no damage, are unworn, all labels and tags intact and are in their original packaging.
